Today I found Qbids site and I was interested in checking it out, so I signed up and added my credit card information (which I figured was the only way to enter your site since I couldn't find any other way in) and went into the site to look around and see if there was anything I wanted to buy. I watched a couple of items and I was trying to understand how it all worked. I read a few things and left the site after about an hour. I didn't see anything I really wanted or needed at that time. Then at about 9pm my time I went into my bank account online to pay a bill and noticed I was charged 60.00 from the web site. I went into my e-mail to see if there was any insight as to why I would get charged for looking around and there was an e-mail that said that I earned some badge for buying my first bid package. This makes me VERY ANGRY! I don't remember ordering anything or bidding on anything. If it takes just one accidental click to purchase things or get charged for things on this site then this is wrong! There should be a verification page where they tell people that they are about to order something and their card will be charged for the item and they would have to hit an agreement button to verify the purchase before they charge people especially a NEW PERSON who has no idea how the site works in the first place. This is bad business. I in no way purposely intended to buy ANYTHING! I will call the better business bureau and report them if my money is not returned ASAP! They really should consider fixing this problem. I realize that I shouldn't have put my info in but I read everything and the fine print and all and really thought It was a safe site. I am disappointed in my choice to trust them this is not like me. Go figure I go against my norm just once and I get screwed. I already went to the BBB and filed a complaint. NEVER AGAIN!

Lies, lies and more lies. If Qbids is honest, why do they use two different companies to move around the 60.00 and why will they not give their company address.

My professional opinion (retired investigator) is that you are a very deceitful and dishonest company. Please feel free to contact me since you do not feel free in letting customers contact you directly.

Yep, same exact thing happened to me. Against my better judgement I entered in my credit card info to check it out.

They DO NOT indicate that entering in your CC info when signing up for an account is purchasing a bid pack. I went back and looked again. Extremely deceitful. On top of that, I'm pretty sure they have company accounts bid against you until they're satisfied they got enough money out of someone.

No one would bid 137 times on a $10 gift card even if they were all "voucher" bids instead of "real" bids (which cost $.60 a piece).

There were no additional prizes like extra bids or a free gameplay on this particular auction. So, either someone just wasted an extremely large amount of bids on something very small and still had to pay about $3.00 on top of that, plus a $.50 "transaction" fee, or they are simply using fake automated accounts to bid against you.
