When I called I was hung up on twice never spoke to anyone and nothing was resolved.i don't know why I need to write a book to submit a comment.

It appears CLEARLY that you are NOT a secure website and I have already paid for my amount of bids and it popped up stating that I dont have enough bids! Now you have already stole 60.00 dollars from me, when your company first started out it had really nice things ..
now under fashion and jewelry the clothing looks like something a street walker would wear. When did this company become SO INFERIOR? Years ago I purchased cuasinart set of pots and pans, Diamond stud earrings. All which were nice quality.
Who allowed the trashy garbage in there ? The watches are so ugly , I wouldnt wear one to my own funeral.
I want my money returned as my bank institution is now involved. I will NEVER,EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN.

Found site second's to go for bid so I I bid. It was a smaller amount per item.
I didn't think it was a bunch of the same item.

My issue is there was a mistake when I was looking over your App. I didn't know I had to pay to download your app. When I seen you took 60.00 from my debit I immediately emailed you minutes after I seen that asking for a refund back.
I do not want to be a member I'm on a fixed income on Disability.

I have not had any problems with Quibids since my first problem (which was favorably resolved).
Please know, I have NEVER been overcharged for anything.

I want my gift cards
Explain to me how you have so many complaints against this company and no one has taken LEGAL ACTION?
The BBB has investigated you many times and you dont even bother to answer them.
I have accumualted every complaint I can find and plan on sending them including mine to the Attorney General of Oklanhoma as well as the U.S. Attorney General.
There is a price to pay for FRAUD, even for the president of the United States.
YOU stopped mailing gift cards and instead said you would email them.
HOWEVER it takes twce as long now to get the emailed cards then it did to get the snail mail cards!
How is it possible to take 1-2 weeks or MORE to email the cards. I am getting items mailed from the same day auctions in the mail but still out MANY GIFT CARDS. Going back to Early and MID NOV.
Bidding on the cards winds up costing more then buying them in a store, you force people to pay extra buy adding free bids. NOT EVERYONE WANTS YOUR BIDS THAT HAVE NO VALUE>;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; BUT WE AREN'T GIVEN A CHOICE.
Friday was Black Friday, tomorrow is cyber monday, I NEEDED those gift cards to help make purchases for things I need and shouldn't have recklessly used the money on your site trying to get a bargain.
I have been a member for a LONG TIME, back to a time when this site was enjoyable and a lot more honest, helpful and able to be reached if we needed help from costumer service. You threw all your devoted costumers under a bus, you are in cohorts with fake bidders, bidders with multiple accounts so as to bring the bidding up, etc. I have screen shots as proof of everytrhing I witness. I know there are lawyers that will take a case against Quibids especially a class action suit.
Just send me my gift cards and close my account!!!!!!!!!!!
If I dont have my gift cards or ALL THE MONEY I DEPOSITED TO BUY BIDS BY TOMORROW 11/30/2020, I will have my bank investigate fraudulent charges by Quibids and have them refund all the money I spent, under false advertisement and not receiving my merchandise.
It will be much easier with YOUR EMAIL SCAM cause it can be proven, as opposed to all the times you USED to claim things were lost in the mail.
You are corrupt and despicable. Its bad enough to screw people over ANYTIME, but during a pandemic ? there are no words for you holding on to people's things that could be emailed. Companies bigger then Quiibids email things the same day.
Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot etc. YOu are just deliberately doing this and I am done.

Do not want qbids and want it taken off my credit card, please
I got on my computer the other night and was messing around and got into QBids but decided I didn't understand it so I got out. My wife got into the site and it had said that I had purchased coins or whatever but I told her I hadn't,but then I looked on my credit card statement and $60.00 plus a $1.00 is on it.
I don't know how I did it and yes I shouldn't be into things I don't understand but I would appreciate it if you could credit my credit card back the money I didn't apparently know I had spent. Thank You, Mike or Michael Biswell
